Riser Layout, 2019

For their project to be commercially viable, the owners of this modular building company needed a super-compact services riser. Busy with other aspects of a challenging project, the appointed architects and MEP consultants struggled to develop this to a sufficient level of detail. After much geometry wrangling this solution was produced to satisfy all stakeholders. It was successfully prototyped and tested in the factory.
